Industrial Armored Fiber Patch Cable, LC UPC to LC UPC, Duplex, 2F, OS2
The industrial armored cable features strong tensile strength, strong pressure and rodents resistance, and good flexibility characteristics. Besides, it is bending resistant, oil-resistant, and wear-resistant, which has 3-5 years of service life under long-term outdoor exposure or rain. Therefore, the industrial armored cable is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications, such as connecting the networks of two buildings through the use of an underground conduit or direct buried.

Convenient Direct Burial & Durable Conduit Applications
Connecting the networks of two buildings through an underground conduit or direct burial.

Ideal for Various Harsh Installation Environments
Ideal for use in indoor workplaces to outdoor construction sites where extreme environmental conditions are present.

FAQ
1. What is this KEXINT industrial armored fiber patch cable?
It is a duplex armored patch cable with LC UPC to LC UPC connectors, containing 2 single-mode OS2 fibers. Each fiber is protected by a stainless steel armor tube and a TPU outer jacket, delivering far higher crush, pull, and impact resistance than standard PVC duplex patch cords for harsh industrial environments.
2. Why duplex LC UPC for this cable?
Duplex LC is the standard interface for bidirectional and dual-fiber transmission (e.g., GBIC/SFP/QSFP transceivers, media converters). UPC polish (blue boot) offers return loss ≥ 50 dB, ideal for general telecom, industrial Ethernet, and data center patching.
3. What makes the TPU jacket better than PVC?
TPU provides superior abrasion, oil, chemical, and UV resistance plus low-temperature flexibility and flame retardancy. It keeps the duplex cable flexible while protecting it from cutting, chemicals, weather and frequent handling — the right choice for industrial automation, outdoor, and mobile equipment.
4. Can we buy wholesale with bulk pricing?
Yes. We are a factory-direct manufacturer, and wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders. Please contact us with your quantity and target price for a quotation — the more you order, the better the unit price.
5. What is the MOQ and are trial orders accepted?
The standard MOQ is typically 100 pcs, and small trial orders are accepted for first-time buyers so you can verify quality before committing to bulk quantities.
6. Do you support OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. OEM/ODM services include custom length, cable color, connector type or polish, logo printing on cable, boot and packaging, plus private-label branding (we can print your brand instead of KEXINT).
7. Is the cable bend-insensitive?
Yes. G.657A1/A2 bend-insensitive fiber is optional, allowing tighter bends (down to 7.5–10 mm bend radius) with minimal loss — critical when routing inside industrial cabinets and cable trays.
8. What is the operating temperature range?
-40 °C ~ +85 °C, with wider industrial ranges on request. TPU stays flexible in cold environments and resists aging under high temperature, UV and humidity.
9. How is quality controlled?
100% of cables are 100% tested for insertion loss and return loss before shipment. We are ISO 9001 certified, products comply with RoHS, and test reports for fiber, connector and jacket materials can be provided. This makes us a reliable supplier for distributors and system integrators.
10. What about packaging and delivery for wholesale orders?
Cables are coiled on spools or packed in protective export cartons to avoid kinking. Sample lead time: 3–5 working days; mass production: 7–15 working days depending on quantity. Sea, air and express shipping available with tracking — ideal for dropshipping and distribution channels.
